una pena Doctores muy buenos,pero de nada vale si el personal encargado de las citas ,cirugias y por menores no tienen la mas minima ETICA PROFESSIONAL con los pacientes y a quien dejan en verguenza es a los medicos y mucho mas cuando ellos mismo aceptan que son los jefes de enfermeria
Dr Álvarez muy buen medico una pena q no se pueda decir lo mismo del personal entre ineficiente e inrrespetuosos y si te toca una llamada Gladys que dice ser la jefa de enfermera te trata mal y te amenaza con llamar la policía realmente una pena que escondan sus faltas hechandole la cualpa de su ineficiencua al Dr
After advising the doctor many times that it wasn’t my neck that bothered me, that it was my 47 year old broken clavicle and all he did was set physical therapy for 6 weeks & an MRI only for my neck & not my shoulder I gave up & advises him he had no more chances. I’m going down to Dr. Jonathan Levy in Ft. Lauderdale for him to check it out. He’s fixed a frozen shoulder for me so he’s proven work & dedication.
Very disappointed in the attitude of the staff I have encountered so far. Left my MRI in tears. The tech was so rough and then had the audacity to ask why I was being mean? Hope she knows when you point your finger at someone there are 3 fingers back at ya! Never again! Hope my experience with the doctors are better than this experience.
I have been hearing nothing but GREAT things about Dr Alverez. Met with him and was so happy to hear he would do my surgery. BUT the staff does not return phone calls. That is a red flag, major issue for me. poor communication all around. After seeing the Dr. the first time, they made appt for me to come back in 6 weeks. when I came to the appt they asked me what was the reason for the appt. ??? They made the appt. What a joke! This place sets appointments at their description and if you should be late or don't cancel within 24 hours of said appointment they tell you you will be billed. Yet arrive not only on time but early and then you wait, wait, wait, wait, wait and wait till 9:40 for your 8:45 appointment. THEN you wait another 15 minutes in the exam room so that you can be thrilled with the whole 4 1/2 minutes the doctor spends with you. (Yes at this point I had started my phones stopwatch.) I love Dr. Alvarez but we had to wait nearly 2 hours for a 9:45 appointment.
Dr. Kathy Dos Santos is an AWESOME PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR. We are so blessed to have such a outstanding doctor. Dr. Santos is gentle, informative, and very caring. I have told many people about her and Kyla, the X-Ray Technician. They make a great team. God Bless You Both for all you undertake to do. Hazel Wells
