VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Drove 160 miles to see Dr Fisher for appt at 1.20 on 6/5/25. Despite verifying appt time with Sarah who made it, when I got there they said "Sorry, no appointment". After arguing with Front Desk for 30 minutes, they said they could "squeeze me in", THIS IS DESPITE HAVING AN APPOINTMENT TO START WITH! I brought a CD with my X-ray and MRI results on it. My mother's been trying to get a simple prescription for a month now. They keep screwing things up with the specialty pharmacy, and every time I call them they insist that the problem is fixed, even though as soon as I call the specialty pharmacy they insist no such arrangements had been made by them. They say they are going to help, and do nothing but make excuses and try to blame other people for their mistakes. It’s a place where they take your money, give you a shot in less than 5 minutes and herd you out the door.
You can’t ever talk to a person and constantly get the voicemail when you need something. Expect to wait over an hour to even be seen! I’m sorry but my time is just as valuable. Very inconsiderate. Office is nice and clean though
I had a scheduled appoint with Dr. Alvarez for 11:30 on Saturday 03/16/24. They require you to show up a half-hour early, so I arrived at 10:58. Since my paperwork was completed online days before, I was told to sit in the waiting area. Around 11:23 I was escorted back to examination room #7. because you don't see the doctor you see the nurse practitioner after I told them my insurance won't pay for the visit they still have me a nurse then all she wanted to do is send me to therapy for 8 weeks with nothing for pain that place in my book is a low down place to go you will be better off going nowhere
Rude employees!! all about the money..not about the paient.
They may have the most technically skilled surgeons in the area, no dispute about that. I was very pleased with my knee replacement. As far as caring and compassion they rate very low. I developed a stress fx. In my hip and went to see them. The first 3 times I told them my hip felt broken I was ignored, finally given an injection, mostly to placate me, with no improvement.
