RecommendedMy last visit was this morning with Dr Tom pack. He was my surgeon for over a year and a half. He is amazing, I couldn't of been in better hands. His staff is amazing, always a smile, I recommend F J&S I to everyone. You will not be sorry. Merry Christmas to you all, a beautiful New Year to you all. Was just back in April 2019 to do a recheck on my leg as always Dr Tom pack was understanding and listen to my concerns, All is well, said I can see him any time!

RecommendedDR DOS SANTOS – I am a disabled Army veteran. The good doctor is helping me with my left knee pain. She uses several types of FDA approved pain treatments. I am confident she will help me regain the use of my left knee.

Dr. Dos Santos have given me Excellent RFA treatments.... I cannot express how happy I am... In the beginning, she said patients say they have anywhere from 40-80% success.... I was praying for at least 50% improvement with my backpain. I got a lot more than I bargained for!! 80-90%..... My back feels better than when I took 2 motrin. Cannot believe it... RecommendedDr. Alvarez did a successful surgery for a torn meniscus. Chuck is the greatest! The staff at FJ&S were great as well as Florida Hospital and the Surgery Center. I would highly recommended all of these!
