Do not go here. Went for an ANNUAL FREE PHYSICAL which everyone is entitled to. I answered all the doctors questions and got recommended for blood work. After asking multiple times “is this covered under the free physical” and was told yes everytime. I was later hit with a bill. The reason? Because I answered THE DOCTORS OWN QUESTIONS!! According to this place, if you even DISCUSS anything like diet, migraine, if you have anxiety etc then they no longer classify it as a free yearly checkup. Absolutely a joke. If you value your life, you will find another place to seek medical treatment. It’s bad enough that they wouldn’t see sick patients for two years during the pandemic, but now they want to see healthy patients way more often than is necessary, and they hold your essential medication‘s hostage until you come in. Dr Ernst is phenomenal, but this office is one of the worst I’ve been to. I’m new to the area and have a 3 year old and newborn. I had been here once and had a great experience with Dr. Ernst, but chalked up some rudeness from the staff to “having a busy/bad day.” I’ve been there. I got a reminder phone call to be here today for a biopsy I’ve needed. When I arrived the receptionist was outrageously rude to me.
