Would not recommend. Very frustrating to work with. Cannot get answers for anything. Staff is extremely rude over the phone, always sounds like you are bothering them. Very disappointed in this group.

One of the most deceitful and unethical medical offices I have ever encountered. They treat patients rudely and with disdain and disrespect. Then they somehow manage to remove every new negative review on Google and everywhere else and post what looks like lots of fake reviews. I know a number of other people who have posted 1 star reviews on Google and they never show up. One posted a 5 star review then changed it to 1 star and it disappeared!

The only downside is that they make you wait too long. Arrived 15 minutes (Hall Road) before my appointment and it’s going on one hour of waiting. Haven’t even been called back yet. I am full of anxiety and this waiting is just unacceptable. May switch to Henry Ford after today’s visit, that’s even if I’ll be seen today. I say that because I have other appointments, but apparently that doesn’t matter.

Please SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR LIFE! I went there for a simple ultrasound exam, had insurance, gave the small necessary co-pay and went home. THEY MAILED ME A LETTER NEXT WEEK CLAIMING THAT I OWED THEM $700 AND THEY HAD ALREADY SENT MY ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS. Like WHAT? How does one do that without calling the person, or giving them notice but apart from that IN ONE FRIKKIN WEEK. Such a pathetic way to do business, just go somewhere else if you don't want your credit to get ruined by incompetent staff. PS: The doctor I ... read more

I do NOT recommend this office or Dr George. My father is 93 years old, has cognitive issues and cannot be left alone as he is unstable on his feet . I am required to go to his Doctors appointments as he cannot hear and doesn’t comprehend what the Doctor is saying . We have visited the office three times. Jennifer at the screening table has repeatedly asked why i need to come into the exam room with my Dad. I explain and she always rolls her eyes and sighs ( really professional ) This past visit , Jennifer refused to let... read more

I will apologize for the lengthy review, but feel it's important for people to know how I was treated by this practice. I was seen by Dr. Gudziak in September and diagnosed with a Pheochromocytoma which is a rare adrenal tumor. Once diagnosed I was referred to Dr. Kernen for the surgery. It took 4 weeks to be seen by Dr. Kernen. In the mean time this tumor contains hormones that proceeded to spike my blood pressure to very high numbers (238/121, 245/105 etc) (My normal BP is 101/61) In between seeing Dr. Gudziak but be... read more

I was referred by my primary whom I trust. I made the appointment and as usual I was in the office a half hour early to fill out forms and get the feel of the office flow. After signing in I noticed I hadn't been called to the desk, I patiently sat and within minutes I was called to the desk and was informed " your appointment was at 10:10. I spoke with Dr. Sircus and he said you need to reschedule" I looked at the lady and said " you're kidding, right?" she said no and proceeded to tell me a date that was available. Never ... read more
