Unbelievable that I was charged almost $400 with no explanation just to sit down with a NP for 5 minutes, no labs, no anything other than a quick talk and out the door I went. Was told I owe $125 (that I paid on the spot) then a couple months later see I still owe $232 more! Surprised that they would screw over a long time patient like that. No more money will come your way from me after this!
Bay Area is the one of the reasons insurance is through the roof. They are outrageous with there claims. Acording to my Insurance company and it shouldn’t cost me to get blood work done. They are saying I owe $20 for that visit.
The last time I was there my physician forgot to ask me something in the room so came running up to me near the front desk and proceeded to discuss this one thing in front of everyone standing in the hall. Lack of common sense, privacy and HIPAA violation had me so upset I never went back.
