Dr. Van Ort is a nice woman and a great doctor. Unfortunately, she is now with Park Medical who is refusing to provide my blood work unless I make an appointment and come in. It’s been 3 months of waiting and I may have to seek a lawyer just to get my results. Apparently, this is considered malpractice. Nobody should have to put up with this.
What a joke. I made an appointment a month in advance because I need that much notice to be able to attend, and a few days before I get a call that they decided to cancel my appointment and I need to reschedule. Once again the importance of my health put last by a “medical professional,” and the lady who called to tell me was completely unsympathetic and rude. Don’t believe the good reviews, they don’t care about you unless you’ve been a long term patient.
Ever since Dr hnatio left its trash. However, I would like to thank Dr nemeth for ignoring my refill requests for a month straight. After 2 weeks of withdrawals I feel better than ever. No exaggeration I called in a refill 5 or 6 times for Prozac and my thyroid meds. I never heard anything. New patients, go literally anywhere else. The office staff an nurses are great though. Very unprofessional for such an old lady...
I just don't get it. Dr Hanito stopped working at this location and no one notified his patients that their Dr is no longer available to be their Dr. I'm told to make appointments with Dr. Nemeth. She was BY FAR the best Dr I've had in my 45 years. She actually seemed to care about me and my depression which made my hopes go up and my anxiety down for the future of my mental health. Very satisfied with patient etiquette and assistance. Dr. Nemeth examinations was thorough and she was attentive to my concerns and offered some solutions. Her nurse was very kind and thorough as well as scheduling staff.
