I had an appointment Wednesday November 26th, 2025 at 3:00PM. I rode to Park Medical on Plymouth Road for my appointment. Arrived there at 2:30PM and the office was completely closed down with no cars in the parking lot. I was told by the gentleman in the parking lot that they left an half an hour ago. I did not get a call from the office to reschedule or to let me know it was an emergency. They never reached out. I took off from work to drive up to an empty building with no regards to my time. Pro medical have not let me down yet. They are one of my leading teams for my health. I would recommend them to other people. That’s just how great they are.
The ladies there are very sufficient, prompt, thoughtful, respectful, professional and very nice, Dr. Jemer is sweet and funny and is a great doctor, Shantinique is wonderful, and the phlebotomist is very good, one time and your blood is got, they have the best staff in there and they are good
