Pro medical have not let me down yet. They are one of my leading teams for my health. I would recommend them to other people. That’s just how great they are.

I had an appointment Wednesday November 26th, 2025 at 3:00PM. I rode to Park Medical on Plymouth Road for my appointment. Arrived there at 2:30PM and the office was completely closed down with no cars in the parking lot. I was told by the gentleman in the parking lot that they left an half an hour ago. I did not get a call from the office to reschedule or to let me know it was an emergency. They never reached out. I took off from work to drive up to an empty building with no regards to my time. Very pleasant experience with my Doctor and staff, my doctor is watching my blood sugar levels and doing the best to give me medication to correct it but some medication is not for everyone, so I believe I had a reaction that caused me an infection so I had to stop taking this medication. So for this reason I gave four out of five stars. I'm sure my doctor had my best interest at heart. I'm learning about myself and my diabetes concerns every visit.
