They are friendly. Very helpful. & Ms. Wilcox is a preferred provider. She’s very knowledgeable and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. Front desk is awesome as well.

I am tried of every time I get comfortable with a provider they leave. I want to keep 1 person over my medical care. If you cannot keep staff maybe it time for myself and my husband to find a new primary care provider. I have been with the Plymouth office for a few years and this keeps happening
I have been going here for 40 years unfortunately I'm unhappy with the service I have been getting I'm in search for a new doctor and new doctors office because they say they going to make an appointment for you to get service outside their office and I'm still waiting and I was trying to get some medicine and the doctor needs to submit forms to my insurance I got a copy and what she said was so untrue so that's why I'm leaving I no longer trust this place with my health and my son health as well I hate to leave but my healt... read more
