I don’t understand how this place is still open. Just left there I was the only person in there and I still didn’t get seen I wasn’t even greeted when I came through the door I was there for a hour and 17 minutes. All I heard was the staff talking about the patients and other staff members. They are no where professional. I don’t think it’s fair for them to come to work get paid and they don’t do no work. Not satisfied, been with with them for years. Seeing different doctors there, one telling me one thing and another telling me the other. Just to collect insurance money, and leave you unjustified... Want a real doctor who can sit and understand step by step to get the justice you deserve..... Lucky to get one star ⭐... And that's only because I love shantique, if I spelled that right!!!! Shantique please don't penalize me 😆!!!!

My daughter was sick. They couldn't check for flu and didn't check for rsv or COVID-19 either. This was the briefest physical she ever had. It was like they said hi, gave her a shot and sent us on our way. She didn't get to ask most of the questions she had.

The medical team is slow there and I was supposed to be referred to the dermatologist, for some reason they forgot to do it and they told me I have to wait two more weeks. In which I think is too long because my problem is getting worse by the day. It's very uncalled for. So what was going to respond to this, I feel that some of them needs to be replace including doctors and nurses..!
