The staff is always nice and helpful. I never have long waits. They get me in and out but not in a rush. They're nice and personable. The outer reception ava waiting area is always clean ava comfortable. I really like this place. My Dr is always so understanding and listens to me and my concerns. I'm very pleased.
Great practice overall, LOVE Craig, Tina and of course Kathryn. Have been with them over 20 years pediatrics included, Call center staff is by far the worst they could have done. As a medical assistant myself I know how to handle calls with scheduling and Anitra gave me nothing but complete attitude and just threw me in an appointment slot without asking my availability. I'll be canceling my appointment and speaking with staff directly from now on.
The location was easy to find. Staff was awesome. The Staff making my appointment was very helpful and understanding with setting up an appointment asap. The Doctor was understanding and accommodating with my needs and health issues, he wrote down the specialist I would need.
The doctor and his nurse were perfect☺️ Although when you call in there to refill the scripts come to find out, it’s never been delivered to the doctor and they want to argue with us. That’s not their job is to argue with us. They need to give it to the doctor and let him decide he has the PhD. !
As per usual, my experience with Dr. Smith and his staff was incredible. Unfortunately he is retiring! I’ve been a patient of his since he bought the practice from Dr Buswinka(30+ years ago). In any regard, seems that morale around the facility is not what it used to be. Even the Dr I used to see when Dr Smith was out, is gone! I would imagine changes are happening in the background that the patients aren’t being made aware of.
