After 10 years it's time to go. Staff said they can't send me my test results because they don't have a stamp. Nor email it. But I can stop by and pick it up. I'll be filing a medicare complaint for fraud. It's illeagle to withhold test results. I waited 2 weeks to hear back on my test results but didn't. So I called. I was told all was good. Maybe this place was good before based on reviews but I am not pleased having tried to come into the practice last year. The Dr. I had immediately rolled over, got a new one assigned, Dr. Edith Nemeth. I think Dr. Nemeth is a great doctor, but has not been good at figuring out medicines that will be both A. actually available and B. not produce excessive cost. Friendly and professional. Dr Troy Smith is the GREATEST Dr.I’ve know in my 75 years. He is soo thorough, and caring. He gets A+. Although the office set is quite different than before.

The doctors and staff here are great, they need a better computer system to check out faster. The doctors are rushed to see more clients within a 15 minute window since Park Medical took over. I believe they need new updated equipment to take the stress off its entire staff. Ive been a client here for over 22 years.

Excellent experience - I have never had any problems visiting Park Medical Center. Dr. Ozog has been my doctor for many years and I have nothing but good things to say about him.
