My experience with Kevin, the PA, is always excellent and above and beyond. I myself am an Internal Medical physician, MD, and spoke to Kevin over the phone one day re: my husband. His knowledge and approach to diagnosis, treatment, and bedside manner were exactly how I feel I treat my patients. So I immediately transferred to him, and I'm yet to be disappointed. The staff is always nice and helpful. I never have long waits. They get me in and out but not in a rush. They're nice and personable. The outer reception ava waiting area is always clean ava comfortable. I really like this place. My Dr is always so understanding and listens to me and my concerns. I'm very pleased.
My experience at Livonia Park medical center was fantastic, my question was answered. Time before seeing doctor excellent. One thing I don't like is no way to communicate with my provider in text message. Please I would like you guys to add that in my chart so doctor's can be reach without coming in or calling on the phone.
Was on hold for over 20 minutes trying to reschedule due to being late, front desk is absolutely negligent with handling the phones. Never in my life have I had a front desk experience like this.
The doctor and his nurse were perfect☺️ Although when you call in there to refill the scripts come to find out, it’s never been delivered to the doctor and they want to argue with us. That’s not their job is to argue with us. They need to give it to the doctor and let him decide he has the PhD. !
