Husband,son,and I have been going to Dr. Rollins for 25 years give or take a few years! A friend recommended Dr.Rollins to our family,and I’m so blessed he did . I can talk to Dr. Rollins about anything , he answers all my questions and you never feel rushed and he treats you like you’re the only patient he has and not just a number . My Doctor recommended that I see a Orthopedic Doctor for my knee pain on a Monday. I received a call from the office later that day and had an appointment that Friday. I signed in filled out some paperwork and took a seat. With a scheduled appointment at 1:20 I was in, x-rayed, talked to the Orthopedic Doctor who figured out it wasn't a knee problem but an injured ligamentand. He explained a healing process and I was out in less than 1 hour. I've always been impressed by the treatment I've received at Trinity.
Dr. William Rollins is ultra professional and helpful. He is not super quick to simply prescribe something without first looking at underlying causes. I will always trust a DO first to be my GP.
Mary at reception is one of the kindest people. She is smart capable and sweet. Dr. Rollin is an excellent communicator and physician.
Had my semi-annual check up with Dr Wm Rollins. Every time I see him I am so glad he is still practicing, as so many of my other long time doctors have quit practicing. Dr Rollins takes whatever time needed to answer questions, no matter how dumb they may be. He really cares about his patients. If you're looking for a personal doctor, I highly recommend him. His main helper, Mary, is also wonderful to work with.
