I received all the wrong information over the phone regarding my insurance, even after double checking. I took the day off work for my appointment, just to get turned away. I don’t think they know what they’re doing.
This clinic is the worse place I ever been the doctor is old and cranky need to retire I was new I have asthma he wouldn’t give me my meds diagnosed me wrong which sent me through emergency for nothing I knew when I walked in it was mess never again the worse experience ever
The receptionist Ashley is always kind and friendly and professional. The Doctor assistant Joann also always does a thorough job in getting me prepped to see the doctor. She takes care of all my vitals and paperwork plus more whenever necessary. Dr. Sawka, always give me one on one, he never rush my visits, always give me good medical advice for my wellbeing. I’d also say he’s also professional, kind and friendly and caring with me as a patient and I’d recommend him to friends and family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I'm still getting to know Doctor Shawka. But I like him and the clinic staff is professional and friendly
EXCELLENT!! New patient. Extremely satisfied with the treatment. Nurses are incredibly friendly & helpful - took a ton of blood & were so gentle, my arm didn't look like it went thru a wood chipper!! Barely a bruise left behind!! Dr Edwards is super awesome! Got back to me very quickly to resolve prescription questions & take care of refills. very happy with the staff, the location, proximity to my pharmacy & ease of communication. Can't thank them enough!!
