Worste place ever, most patients work a M-F or at least 4 days a week. I had to find another doctor, because I could never prioritize my health after the first few visits. Magen was personally great, but if people cared for their clients they would hire more staff and have more open availability.
The Staff is great HOWEVER, they constantly have unannounced office closings. Since Dr. Finn passed, the office operates poorly. The BILLING dept is sneaky adding on services we didn't get; increasing costs or changing medical codes in order to increase their profits. Then bill patients on Medicaid for balances that are purely made up.
Update - 8/13/2025 I advise no one to patronize this business. Their level of professional etiquette is highly concerning. Here’s my issue. I’ve been going to this office for over two years in the last year they got a new nurse practitioner and everything seems to have went down since then her name is Megan Clark on August 11, I get a communication via text that I have a bill due and to click the link to register the link doesn’t work, so therefore I’m not able to see the bill and I’m curious as to I haven’t been to the doc... read more
Call center is the worst I have ever had to deal with. They are rude and have no idea what so ever they are talking about!!! Then get an attitude with me. They are worthless as far as I am concerned, I don’t know what has been going on the last couple of months, that continuous errors are made and the Drs. come and go like crazy, you never know who you are going to see. Always friendly and always attentive to my needs and they get things done in a timely manner. I love that 8 am able to do walk ins and I never really have a long wait!
