I was nervous about coming here due to the negative reviews, but my experience at the office was great. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, even though I had the wrong paper for my procedure. The wait time was less than 10 minutes, and my radiologist, Selda, was so very sweet. She was very kind and knowledgeable. I came for an echo and had to pay $150 before being seen though my insurance estimated around $60. Went to Rochester Hills location for a test. My first & last time! I had to pay what they said was my deductible before I could be seen. They charged my credit card double the amount my medical insurance billed me for my deductible. I called the billing department several times to get a refund. They never did follow through! Then I had to file a dispute w my credit card. They just want your money!! If a patient has medical coverage the correct way is to bill insurance then bill the patient out of pocket costs. getting on the phone is hell, but that’s understandable for most places. Overall, there was three lovely men that helped me for my first MRI. It was a 30 minute experience and it was quick and smooth and they talked me through everything they even gave me a blanket, I didn’t know I had to get my blood drawn, but it didn’t bother me at all. It was quick and efficient which was very nice.

Front desk receptionist was very rude. She didn't acknowledge me when I came in the office or stood at the windows for 5 minutes. There was not a sign in board or any instructions so I waited. She then says I will be with you in a minute which turned into 3 minutes. She the says you can have a seat never asking for my name. She finished her phone call ate some food and then says she can help me. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I’ve had wonderful techs but the front desk people are inconsiderate and not friendly. They made me wait for 20 minutes just to make an appointment. Part of it was so she could clean off everything on the counter including the stapler. If her workers were sick then they would have been breathing on her all day. To keep someone waiting so long just to make an appointment. They wanted me to call them to make an appointment after we already sat there for 15 minutes.
