Dr Khater seemed caring and was able to resolve my condition quickly. Medication worked and I was feeling much better within 36 hours.
So I was debating on leaving a review because I was loyal to the doctor but after almost 5 months I have had it. Ever since the offices has merged the quality in care and customer service has gone all the way down. I particularly want to address Jackie. The rudest person. They must have caller ID she never even introduces herself and with holds your information and will not action your messages or care if she is in a bad mood. Dr. Khater is patient and kind. Comparing her to most of the doctors I’ve had in the past 65 years, she’s at the top!
Dr. Khater is wonderful, and she has a top-notch team. Her office assistants are amazing. I have never felt so at ease with Dr. Or the staff as I am with Dr. Khater's office. You want to be here the best part she takes state medical insurance. So no matter what, if you have Blue Cross from your employer or Blue Cross from the State of MI. Call her office.
Love Dr. Khater! She is attentive, answers all my questions and I trust her completely with my health care.
