Honestly the most INCONSIDERATE doctor I’ve ever had. I have medication I am supposed to take everyday. When there was a shortage I had to call pharmacies individually, have them check if they had any and after hours of calling around found one that had it. Dr. Khater now refuses to send a script once it’s sent out. I end up waiting 3 WEEKS because of this. Now what’s arguably even worse is I was told I’d need to come in for a refill after 3 months (no big deal), and I do that. But then she denies my medication refill, becau... read more
I was recommended to this office and it was my initial appointment. The staff members were incredibly kind. They greeted me warmly and had conversations that made me feel comfortable and well-cared for, including the phlebotomist who skillfully took my blood without any pain and quickly. I usually have difficulty with blood draws, but she did an outstanding job. The doctor Dr. Mona Khater listened attentively and made me feel understood. I am delighted that I selected this facility for myself and my daughters.
So I was debating on leaving a review because I was loyal to the doctor but after almost 5 months I have had it. Ever since the offices has merged the quality in care and customer service has gone all the way down. I particularly want to address Jackie. The rudest person. They must have caller ID she never even introduces herself and with holds your information and will not action your messages or care if she is in a bad mood. Dr. Khater listens to your concerns. She doesn’t rush through your appointment or brush off your concerns. Majority of the time she runs on time and you aren’t there forever.
I am very happy with the care I'm receiving from Dr. Khater. She listens attentively and asks all the right questions. I trust all her feed back and recommendations.
