I initially went to Cornerstone Keystone Partners in 2018 for a colonoscopy. When I called to set up another colonoscopy this year, I also mentioned a problem I was still having since 2018 with incontinence. The receptionist recommended I see Dr. J. Bhullar instead. The day of my appointment, I spoke with Dr. Bhullar regarding the colonoscopy and my issues with incontinence. In the past two other doctors just told me to take more fiber. This Doctor is terrific! He is super passionate about his patients and their health. I'd give this 5 stars if it weren't for his phone staff. I don't recall the name of the first person I had issues with, but today, my wait time (qued as the 3rd in line), was approx. 45 min! What were you doing, Cindy? Not only that, but when you "claimed" you couldn't hear me, instead of calling me back, you told me to call YOU back! I did, and that put me back at 3 in the que! Dr. Bhullar, you need better customer support!

I had colorectal resection surgery on October 29. Early morning October 31 while in the hospital, I began to have a heavy bleed with blood clots. I was very comceened as well as the nurse on staff taking care of me. The doctors working with Dr. Bhullar and himself were all hands on with evaluation of my circumstance. The plan was to go back in and make corrections. However, God intervened and the blood and blood clots stopped on their own. I am very grateful to Dr Bhullar he possibly saved my life. He did a colonoscopy and found a polyp in a spot they normally cannot be seen with a colonoscopy But I believe with this thorough job He was able to find a polyp that was heading into my appendix He said that possibility if he wouldn't have seen this it could have caused my appendix to burst and or became cancer Again thank you very much
