Outstanding care and knowledge shine through everything they do. Dr. Peter is outstanding, and solid care provider. Ben the PA, I see mostly, is an excellent source of knowledge, and understanding. Ben cares about you as a patient, he listens to you talk about your issues. I have never felt rushed and everyone in the practice cares. Dr. Peters is very caring, genuinely interested in his patients needs, & all going on with their well being. You are never a number, nor rushed. He's one of a kind in helping his patients. His staff are also very caring./ss
I got an appointment pretty quickly. (Less than a week after my initial call.) I had a 20 minute wait in the lobby, 10 minutes with the nurse getting my vitals, then 15 minutes with Dr. Peter. He answered all of my questions and ordered a couple of tests. Everyone was very professional from check in to check out!
My experience w/the Pain Clinic has been absolutely Wonderful 😊 I had heard from my friends and family how horrible pain clinic experiences were, but am thrilled to report that there is no place I'd rather be! DR. Ben is patient, caring & understanding! And so are the young ladies at the front desks! I've been telling everyone about MY PAIN CLINIC and how pleased I am with my total experience !!!☺️
Arrived ahead of schedule, checked in at front desk, went smoothly, everyone was professional and courteous. Taken into exam room and waited a short time, doctor came in and reviewed my charts and explained my issues very well and we put a plan in place. All in all, a very good experience for me. The surgical center has been excellent the three times I have been there for blocks and an a ablation. In addition, Dr. Peter's PA is excellent in answering questions and providing information regarding my concerns.
