Michelle is not personable. She does not care or listen to concerns. She also is rude and argumentative when asked things she doesn't know the answer to. She seems to get angry when asked questions. I tried to ask about something and she rolled her eyes. It's a waste of time to see this nurse...
Dr.Thompson was very kind and understanding. I liked that she told me what was happening during the procedure and if I hurt, she would stop or add more lidocaine. I would highly recommend her and the supporting staff.
I really like Dr Thompson. I find her to be compassionate, focused on my issues, thorough and competent. She doesn’t order unnecessary tests or insist on follow up appointments unless warranted. I would highly recommend her.
I am very grateful that my PC directed me to Dr. Jannah Thompson. I immediately felt heard and was informed of a study in which I could participate . She is gentle and very understanding and makes sure the staff keep me on top of appts. and tests, etc. I would recommend her to anyone. Ruthann David
I highly recommend Dr. Jannah Thompson, MD. I just came from her office today feeling confident in her diagnosis and treatment plan. I first met Dr. Thompson 9 years ago when she performed a difficult prolapse surgery. The surgery was very successful with zero complications, quick recovery, and gave me back " Quality of Life".
