Dr. Adil Ahmed was referred to me by Dr. Liu from St Luke’s - Vintage. He repaired my right arm’s auxiliary nerves to be able to function normal again. I was prepared to have to live with my arm the way it was. Thanks to God, I had Dr. Ahmed do my surgery. I have also recommended him to a friend that has arm injuries & will be seeing him for his repairs. Exceptional, patient-centered care for a severe nerve injury – Highly Recommended Two years ago, my wife suffered a severe brachial plexus injury that left her left arm and hand completely paralyzed. I visited Dr Ahmed after my original surgeon left damage in my left thumb, no feeling and lots of pain. Dr Ahmed was confident that surgery to re-attach the nerve would eliminate the pain but most likely the numbness would not return. The surgery went great, I have no pain and about 50% of the feeling has returned. No one can even see the 3 inch scar. Dr Ahmed was so kind and communicated everything clearly. I was absolutely terrified when I had a bicycle accident and the hospital told me that I had broken my radial diskus. Was then told the only way to fix would require surgery. From the moment I had my first appointment, he took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and what to expect. Absolutely thrilled I had the pleasure of having him as my surgeon. Dr. Ahmed is a fantastic doctor and surgeon! I highly recommend him. His use of humor and calm bedside manner make otherwise stressful situations easier to handle. He took time to explain my hand surgery and recovery process, and all additional aspects I had questions about.
