Dr Gappy was recommended by a coworker and was clear why. Such a joy every visit, always straight to the point whenever we have questions and friendly to our toddler during assessments. The other pediatricians are great as well! Online check in is easy and quick. The office is clean and never have to worry about being over booked- I have never waited more than 5 minutes before going to a room.
This was my first and last time in this pediatric office. The nurse was amazing, she was very friendly and comforting. The doctor on the other hand, she might be a great doctor but I never got that comforting or friendly feeling from her. I get it doctors are there to do their job but you want to feel comfortable talking about anything at your appointment. My 3 kids all see Dr. McGahey as their pediatrician. He is so knowledgeable and kind. I feel I can ask him any questions and he goes above and beyond to help his patients. He has great bedside manner. The nurses and front office staff are always friendly. I have seen Dr. Kroll for my 3rd child’s newborn visit 1 time due to being a last minute appt so I couldn’t have my normal pediatrician and he was excellent as well. I would recommend either Dr. :)
My 7 month old daughter was sick with RSV and they made sure they could squeeze us in with Dr. Naughton same day! We had never seen Dr. Naughton before, but we left so impressed. She was incredibly thorough and reassuring during a very scary time for us! We are so appreciative of her wealth of knowledge, bedside manner and patient care. We will not hesitate to schedule with her in the future.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dr seems nice but waited 2 months for 1st appointment after moving, for them to inform me at visit instead of on phone 2 months prior that she would have to follow all vaccinations required by doctor. Not STATE. Should’ve been informed on phone 1st and then it gets even better. Visit not completed in computer so no labs sent. Went back for copies, to be told they didn’t write them correctly.
