I love Dr Julie H. She’s so kind and informative with us. She is good to both of my kids and she is always in a great mood with a positive attitude. I have had good experiences with the front desk as well, I’m glad I found a safe place that makes me and my children feel comfortable!
I don’t know what happened to make this place go downhill but it doesn’t seem to matter how many times you call or even if you’re on hold for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to answer. The pediatrician is great but they need an entirely new staff at reception. Considering getting my child a new doctor altogether who knows how to answer a phone
The doctors are great and friendly, not so much the front desk staff/receptionist. The smart, condescending tone is distasteful and uncalled for. Especially if you’re working in a pediatric office. The Romeo Plank location staff is much nicer.
This office was better when it wasn't Cornerstone. I called in the morning to schedule an appointment for my sick child and couldn't get through to someone until the end of the day, then was told to call back the next morning to make an appointment. I couldn't schedule a sick appointment for the next day. I called the next morning and had to schedule a callback because "all of our staff is busy assisting other customers". The doctors are great the office staff, mainly reception, not so much. Takes FORVER to talk to someone. Booking appointments are difficult. It's quicker to just go to urgent care if it's not a well check. Friendly receptionist "accidently" hung up on me after waiting on hold for 45 minutes. Tried to call back and office was closed for lunch. I've been making excuses for years keeping my kids here because of a handful of doctors, but the rest has been a nightmare.
