Staff was friendly and fast. Didn’t have to wait too long. I felt my daughter was getting the proper care and understanding of the reason why we came. Dr.Bruckner was all ears. She’s really professional. Wanting to know all details plus more about my child. Thank you ladies for giving your all.

Tiffany A. Bruckner was the best! Very intune ask many questions and listen. I was very pleased and my daughter (11 years old)was very happy and comfortable with her. I would recommend her to anyone. She offered many options and help my daughter may need to solve the problem she was having. I am very thankful.
Unfortunately just making an appt is beyond difficult. I called left a message, they called me back. I had a question and I had to wait for them to call me back again. Then when I called them, again I had to leave a message with no response. Finally the 3rd call I waited on hold for over 15 minutes just to speak to someone and the receptionist had no clue about my previous calls or what I was talking about. 3 days later and couldn’t even make an appt. for my kids. No tests were done to see if my child has flu or Covid. The only thing she did was to listen to the lungs, check ear and throat. I didn’t know what to expect since this was my first time with a sick child, and later to be told by a relative that they should have checked her for flu and other stuff
