Disappointed in the lack of listening skills by Dr Saraffa and his MA. Tests were run and medicines were somehow prescribed after his services were cancelled.. ( His records show different was he didn’t listen to the 15 minute conversation we had clearly) I was told the first time we spoke” He had to make it quick as he had other important calls to make”.
